I weighted in today at 149lbs. I quit soda completely this morning. I have 10 days left until my goal day. If I could loose 5lbs in that time I would be happy even though its not where I wanted to be. I do situps almost every night. I need to do my workout videos. What I really need is a drill sargent yelling at me to get my lazy a$$ up and try harder. I am uploading a picture of what my tummy looks like right now and I will update it every time I post.
Most days my day would start off with a soda and a special k bar, beef jerky for lunch and whatever Clay made for dinner.
Today I have had two tea's , a special k bar and rice
